Objectives

• Recognize late effects associated with treatment for cancer in childhood.
• Discuss current standards of care regarding survivors of pediatric cancer.
• Explain long term follow up guidelines for survivors of pediatric cancer.
• Discuss ways in which pediatricians can partner with survivorship clinics to care for pediatric cancer survivors.
