Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the appropriate outpatient evaluation for headache in pediatric patients
  • Recognize warning signs of headaches associated with increased intercranial hypertension that require urgent imaging evaluation
  • Formulate appropriate abortive and prophylactic treatment plans for patients with migraine
