TThis educational course discusses the impact of COVID-19 on children related to increased aggression towards parents and other caretakers. As a result of the session, attendees will be able to discuss those children most vulnerable to the development of aggression, identify the pathways from oppositional behavior to overt aggression and manage this aggressive behavior via a psychosocial and psychopharmacological approaches. This lecture is presented by John Walkup, MD from Lurie Children's Pritzker Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.
