Jill Ehrenreich-May, PhD, is a Professor and Assistant Chair for Academic Affairs, Department of Psychology, Miami University. She is also the Director, Child and Adolescent Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program. he is perhaps best known as the developer of the Unified Protocols for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders in Children and Adolescents (UP-C and UP-A). Tara Peris, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at UCLA Semel Institute and Program Dirctor of the UCLA ABC Partial Hospitalization Program. Her clinical interests are in developmental psychopathology, with a particular focus on evidence-based treatments for child and adolescent anxiety and related disorders.Click here to see her entire biosketch.

Objectives
At the end of this webinar, the participant will be able to:
1) Define flexibility within fidelity as applied to CBT for children and adolescents
2) Review emotion education and thinking traps as delivered to youth and their caregivers
3) Practice the delivery relaxation training and mindfulness skills to youth and caregivers
4) Review problem solving skill training for youth and caregivers
5) Demonstrate the development of a fear hierarchy and describe common barriers to application of exposure practice
6) Conceptualize CBT treatment for anxiety disorder as flexibly applied over a typical treatment length
