Target Audience

 This educational course is designed for healthcare professionals who are interested in learning about pediatric sleep disordered breathing spectrum disorders, risk factors and treatment.

Objectives

At the end of this lecture, the participant will be able to:

• Provide an overview of pediatric sleep disordered breathing spectrum disorders (SBD)
• Discuss SBD and neurocognitive impact on memory, learning, executive function and mood
• Discuss SBD and behavioral manifestations
• Explain the risk factors fir neurobehavioral sequelae in childhood SBD
• Explain the impact of SBD treatment
