Target Audience

This educational course is designed for healthcare professionals who are interested in learning and managing ADHD in the adolescent population.

Objectives

At the end of this lecture, the participant will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the use of DSM criteria in making a diagnosis of ADHD in adolescents
  • Demonstrate the use of screening for common comorbidities when managing ADHD in adolescents
  • Discuss methods of managing common side effects and treatment challenges of ADHD in adolescents
