Target Audience

This educational course is designed for healthcare professionals who are interested in learning about recognizing strokes in children and management, especialliy those patients that are at higher risk.

 

Objectives

At the end of this lecture, the participant will be able to:

  • Discuss the normal pattern of growth for age and pubertal status
  • Descrbe the common causes of growth delay in children
  • Discuss the normal timing of puberty in children and when it is too late or too early
  • Discuss the common causes of late evaluation oarly and late puberty
